I was asked to arrive 45 earlier just to be kept waiting for 45 minutes. I had booked a 60min facial and back and neck treatment that only lasted for 40 and woke up with a rash the next day :(

The treatment was good, but the therapist said was too rough during the massage, to the point where it was quite painful. The language barrier also did not help. The facial was good, a softer touch would have been great. The atmosphere is great and the receptionist and staff were very warm and welcoming.
