My entire experience at this salon was awful. The wax was plastered on in very large sections and left for a ridiculously long period of time so it was rock solid against my skin. Each time it was removed my beautician picked at it, the removal was slow and no pressure was applied after which amplified pain levels. The beautician had an attitude, was rude and gave unwelcome ‘unsolicited advice’. Couldn’t wait to get out of there and will NEVER return!
