I walked in, to a calming uplifting scent, with relaxing music playing in the background. Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and left with the skin of a baby. I have been given recommendations for my skin.

So to be clear - my review is not for Bola or the Phoenix really because she/it is just a sister company that deal with treatwell bookings. But my short interaction with her was really friendly and she took me to the nail place herself which is just shops down. All the staff in the nail venue are incredibly sweet and professional.my nails are stunning, and they even made me two cups of tea and let me run the massage chair cycle 3 times. Fully recommend and very glad I live close.
