I was 5 minutes late, I have called before getting there apologizing and asking if that was fine or I wouldn’t simply have gone, I have been told it was fine to then get there and being called out with a really disrespectful attitude. I have asked for UV screen which I didn’t know they didn’t provide and then too I was treated really disrespectfully. I was supposed to do a 12 min session, did a 9 minutes instead and honestly will never go back.

Bola was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The wax was a little more painful than what I'm used to but I may have been extra sensitive that day!
