The massage was very nice, with a lot of pressure at the beginning to relieve then tension and then more gentle by the end, which was great to relax and very enjoyable!

Appointment was late, waited in a nearby cafe just for the salon to open. Constant interruptions throughout the appointment despite already running behind. Eyelash extensions look ridiculous and sparse, and some are glued on halfway down my eyelashes. So disappointed and such a waste of money for something I was so looking forward to.
