Very disappointing. Not even a half set of lash extensions and can barely tell there is any on. A lovely lady but not good value for money at all.

The therapist was running late. She walked out halfway through to deal with another customer. The message was very painful.

I booked a pedicure at around 2pm for 630pm later that day, as it said there was availability. The owner then emailed me around 4pm saying they were fully booked. Therefore this isn’t necessarily a bad review on the salon, but on the availability advertised on treatwell. I’m not sure who was at fault but it was very annoying.
For this reason I have given an average rating but gave the staff 5 stars for letting me know relatively quickly.
