I had a voucher for waxing and managed to get an appointment. The salon was shabby, dirty and run down - there are large gaps at the top of the treatment rooms so you can hear everything going on in the adjoining room.
The therapist was unfriendly and rude. No welcome, no explanation for what she was doing and she spent the whole treatment time moaning about voucher customers! The results of the waxing were average, had I paid full price I would have been really angry. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
