Jeni started off with a little bit of background about me and what I wanted out of the session. She was super calming and kept me relaxed from the start to the rest of the day! She also told me of different stretches I could do to help alleviate tight areas I have. All in all I'm very happy with this session, highly reccomend and would go again when I get the chance!😁
Always really enjoy treatments at Phoenix! The team are lovely and the massage is brilliant. Nice location too, it's easy to get to but not on a busy road - so you're not stepping immediately back out into city centre chaos after a lovely relaxing experience!
