If you want a day of utter indulgence then look no further. Love this place and the ambience of relaxation throughout the day. I received brilliant services from the minute I stepped in the salon. The staff were very cheerful and friendly on every occasion that I have visited. All the treatments that I have had done there have been carried out in the most professional and sanitary manner. I often feel very uncomfortable going to salons for specific treatments such as a Hollywood wax as the staff can be quite vulgar or awkward about it. However, at Phoenix, I was made to feel very respected and comfortable. I mentioned that my birthday was coming up, hence why I was having so many treatments done, and I found it really considerate that I was given a free eyelash and eyebrow tinting as a birthday treat. Will definitely be visiting very soon. Keep up the great work!

I love this place, I go here for all of my treatments now and I'm working my way through the price list! The girls are experts in their field and are passionate, professional, and friendly along with their expertise. It's such a warming and calming place that is beautifully decorated, and the fact it's all organic is excellent. It's also faultlessly clean as well. It's the perfect little gem in Brighton and I would recommend it to everyone.

I've been recently in Brighton for holiday and I tried Phoenix Treatments & Beauty Salon. The atmosphere was just amazing, I felt really comfortable and I enjoyed a deep tissue massage. Alice is very nice and professional, she made me feel deeply relaxed. She started making me smelling some essential oils, than she gave me one of the best massages I've ever had in my life! At the end I was extremely relaxed, I felt like I was in paradise, I was just expecting St. Peter coming to me to assign me a cloud.
