I arrived early but my SatNav took me to their old address. I called right away, explained, and was told my facial would be cut short. As the last client of the day, I expected more understanding. I paid £36 for 23 rushed minutes, with no consultation for the “bespoke” facial. The experience felt unfriendly and poor value. The salon itself seemed nice, but the lack of care and customer service means I wouldn’t return, which is a shame as I had hoped to become a regular.
I had a wonderful massage with Hanae. She was an excellent masseuse—very attentive and always checking that the pressure was right and that I was comfortable throughout. I felt completely relaxed and well cared for, and left feeling refreshed and at ease. Highly recommend!
