I'd like to start by saying that the massage was good and very relaxing.
The welcome into the place wasn't great though. The sign said closed, and when I walked in no one acknowledged me and some of the therapists were eating their lunch in the waiting area on the tables where customers have treatments.
The therapist wasn't very professional and didn't introduce herself or ask any questions about areas to work on or avoid. Improvements could be made to make the overall experience better
