Best wax experience - room and treatment was so relaxing! The lady who gave the wax was so lovely and made me feel very relaxed. I live in London and was visiting Brighton for work so I am so gutted that this salon is not close to where I live. I would definitely make it my regular if it was!

If you want a day of utter indulgence then look no further. Love this place and the ambience of relaxation throughout the day. I received brilliant services from the minute I stepped in the salon. The staff were very cheerful and friendly on every occasion that I have visited. All the treatments that I have had done there have been carried out in the most professional and sanitary manner. I often feel very uncomfortable going to salons for specific treatments such as a Hollywood wax as the staff can be quite vulgar or awkward about it. However, at Phoenix, I was made to feel very respected and comfortable. I mentioned that my birthday was coming up, hence why I was having so many treatments done, and I found it really considerate that I was given a free eyelash and eyebrow tinting as a birthday treat. Will definitely be visiting very soon. Keep up the great work!
