This was my first visit to Phoenix and I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome.
Although the waiting area is a 'shared area' (surprising but interesting), the treatment room was totally private, comfortable with gently relaxing music. Rosie, who gave the massage was very respectful, professional, gentle and confident in her manner as she talked about the options and any preferences I had.
The massage, and the whole experience, was very relaxing. I appreciated the peaceful feeling and the absence of any conversation during the massage. Tension in me was identified and concentrated on. I'm glad I was warned about the after massage aches I would feel from that!
I was pleased not to feel rushed at all and the green tea and brief conversation afterwards was appreciated.
I look forward to returning.

They had problems with their electrics, no massage chair, and the pedi was a bit messy. They were nice and friendly but not good value.
