I highly recommend this spa. I was able to choose which treatments I wanted for the package. I went got a facial and massage and both were very relaxing and felt like new afterwards.
It was very good. The pressure was perfect, felt very relaxed afterwards. Overall experience was great.
The friendliness of the staff and general ambiance of the spa made a good impression when I first walked in. The temperature inside was nice and warm. I have been to spas before where it has been chilly and that doesn't make it a pleasant experience. There were candles and soothing music in the room. The hole/pillow area of the table had a funny smell when I put my face there, perhaps needs a thorough clean, but it was covered with a fresh towel so I felt ok knowing that my skin was not touching it. The masseuse was very friendly and thorough. Overall it was very good and I would go back there again.
I had the express facial-my therapist was lovely and it was very relaxing. I'm not sure it's worth £44 though and my skin felt quite thick and greasy after which wasn't what I had hoped for.
Overall a great experience, my masseuse helped work out the tension in my shoulder really well and I hope to have a followup soon.
