Great value for money, I got the choice of a free hand massage or facial after my massage. Need to walk through a section used for laundry to get to massage room which takes away from the experience.

I have been looking for a "salon away from home" to use when I'm in London, and at last I have succeeded! Prai is the first place I have returned to for a second appointment after a faultless first visit and certainly I haven't suffered "second date disappointment" - Maha is an amazing aesthetician; I cannot fault her skills both in terms of an incredible massage and a super facial - the mesoderm needles were totally pain free, with no after effect redness and my face looks visibly younger and has caused comments from colleagues, some of whom are convinced I've had fillers or a lift! I must also add that my morning was topped off with a super blow dry and I left feeling a million dollars (superpower customer service with the head stylist insisting he went outside to check for my Uber ride rather than have me stand in the cold!) I left clutching my complimentary gift bag (thank you, Maha) and my appointment card for my next visit. Couldn't be happier and I unreservedly recommend this hidden gem!

I definitely recommend Paif Beauty salon . I had a quality PRP, with great service and upper-class hygiene. The setting of the salon was extremely relaxing, got a fine hot stone massage after a hard day of work.

Really was a super “me” morning with a fab 90 minute hot stones massage followed by a bespoke facial. The treatment room was lovely - clean and professional - and the therapist took time to talk through both treatments carefully to ensure they were well tailored to my needs. I have been looking for an “away” beautician to use on trips to London to supplement my super one back home in Cheshire, and I’ve previously tried a couple of different places in Kew but nothing has impressed me enough to rebook - However, after today I’ve certainly found what I was looking for. Simply can’t fault it - and the finishing touch of a “new client” complimentary gift with lots of follow up facial products was a much appreciated final flourish. Also, a FAB blow dry at the upstairs salon - real Hollywood hair impresses this Cheshire wife!
