Been going to p&c for years. Disappointed is an understatement. I can see I can only type 500 so I’ll make it very brief. Always loved my hair after going there this time round I feel as if I have to name the stylist who was Erin. I’m not a confrontational person I hate it however coming home after my experience honestly made me so upset. She gave off very cold vibes like I couldn’t mention anything. I gave her inspo pics& formulations, it looks like what I asked for. Came home ginger& brassy

Initially had my hair done by Gavin. Wasn’t happy with my color as it was brassy & he did mention that he prefers doing darker colors & couldn’t lift my hair due to its health. I later reached out to Demi & she was so understanding. Invited me back to redo my hair, Kept me in the loop throughout the process, made sure I got the color I wanted from the start. Walked out super happy! I appreciate her care& dedication to hair, very knowledgeable and kind. She would succeed in her own salon!
