Really really happy! Helen is such a lovely and fun person, really enjoyed my time there. I asked for some volume and I literally have never seen my hair do such things before!!! Game changer!

This was my first time at Pickles & Co. First impression when entering the venue, was nice. However, staff was not up to the standard. My appointment didn't start on time. I had been waiting for 15 minutes before I started asking around what has gone wrong with my appointment. After another 15 minutes of chasing things finally stated to move.. I thought this will be the first and the last time at the venue but all my terrible experience was reversed by a good haircut. We all know how hard it is to find a hairdresser who understands your hair from the first moment. I am very pleased with the haircut. I will be back for the next one with Loraine. I hope next time the client service and interactions are the quality standard they should be. Overall, I am happy and I am going back! You need to give a chance to redeem themselves :)
