Really disappointed, my appointment was at 3 and I was called to ask to come at 3.30 which I did. When I arrived I waited half an hour and then was told it would be at least half an hour to an hour wait as she has just started highlights for another client. Therefore I chose to leave, if they are unable to keep to time then I'd suggest you do not accept online bookings. It is not acceptable if I chose a booking for 3 that was accepted by the salon to be expected to wait 1.5 hours for my appointment, even further shame it was the weekend so couldn't get booked in anywhere else!
Janika was fantastic! Extremely friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love my hair and would recommend Janica and the salon highly.
