All the staff were really friendly, attentive and made us feel extremely welcome. I couldn't fault the service at all and will definitely be back next time I'm in Birmingham.
Blow Dry
You get what you pay for. My advice - don't book a junior stylist... I was shocked by the extensive use of hairspray prior to blow drying and then STRAIGHTENING my hair which everyone knows is a NO NO on any hair unless you want to damage it. The stylist clearly did not know that. Hair oil has not been seen in the whole salon, do they use it at all? The stylist seemed very inexperienced, she was literally scratching my neck with the comb, constantly pulling hair and being clumsy with it, and burning my scalp with hair dryer and hair straightener (all I asked for was to blow dry it straight). In terms of a cut, it's not too bad, but definitely asymmetrical (which is great if you ask for such style, but in my case I did not).
Also, I like being chatted to the hairdressers but come on.. I saw you for the first time, there is no need to be so nosy, let me relax rather than feel like I was being interrogated.
