First time to the salon, I was offered a drink reasonably quickly on arrival and then forgotten about for half an hour. There was some confusion as to who was supposed to be cutting my hair, but eventually I was taken care of - much later than my booked appointment time. Haircut was ok and the hairdresser was lovely.
