Loren was brilliant. Really friendly, listened to what I wanted and made some really good suggestions as well.

Stylist (Loren) was so friendly and did a great job on my highlights, got me to an absolutely lovely colour and took the time to do a lovely blowdry even though my hair takes ages to do!
