I had an appointment with Gavin. My hair are curly and I thought a senior artist would better understand what I wanted. He paid 0 attention to consultation and my hair inspirations. While washing my hair his hands were too rough and he was pulling my hair a alot. Last time I had an appointment with Helen and she was so gentle. Coming back to Gavin, he had zero idea how to style curly hair. He was diffusing my almost dried hair with no curly hair product applied. I looked like a devastated hen.

Went in for a wash and blow dry. Clearly stylist didnt listen to what i wanted. When advised i wasnt happy with the final look her body language completely changed. She had a face on…went to moan about me to her colleague. Didnt even come to see if i was ok. Would never recommend to anyone!

Staff here are all lovely. They’re very knowledgeable and always do great work. I’ve been a few times and definitely will be back again!
