The salon was clean and fresh looking but had a small waiting area for the treatments. I was welcomed with a smile by a friendly receptionist. I arrived 5 mins before my treatment and my only small issue was that I was sat waiting for 15 mins without any acknowledgements to why the appointment was delayed. The beautician who did my eyebrow wax was very friendly and very thorough, making sure she got all the little stray hairs and that the temperature of the wax wasn’t too hot and ensuring I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

Really lovely lady, she did a great job and was very quick. It was quite painful as it was strip wax and I was expecting hot wax as advertised. I don’t think I would have booked if I’d known it was going to be strip wax but she did a thorough job and made it as pain free as possible.
