I didn't even have my treatment - i turned up and waited 30 mins before anyone came out to see me - i was then told that the booking for the wax hadn't even come through to the salon - even though i was sent a text message from treatwell that morning - i am beyond disappointed with treatwell as this was a major waste of my time.

Very nice massage but the room wasn't very relaxing. Bed was very uncomfortable, room was a bit tired and because it is a busy salon you could hear all conversations in the rooms surrounding.
