The staff are amazing at this place, made you feel very comfortable and were very friendly. Would definitely come again!
The only think to improve would be the aesthetics of the place but that's a small detail.

I was moved from one salon to another as apparently was booking incorrectly , the lady that changed my booking promised extra free session but no one mentioned it later . However the lady that was doing my treatment and the treatment it self were very good

I had booked this appointment well in advance because today was the only day I had time for a manicure, only to find out at lunch time that a voice mail had been left informing me that my appointment was cancelled due to an error in the booking system. I then spent all afternoon trying to get hold of someone (countless phone calls and an email) - without success. I was lucky enough to book a short notice appointment with another salon, just after leaving their premises (after 7, my original appointment was at 6.30) I got a call from the Manchester city branch from a slightly confused lady who was evidently put in charge of trying to do some damage control. she offered to book me in for another time but I will just have to request a refund now. awful service, at least have the decency to check your treatwell calendar once in a while if you offer your services on this platform. I don't book weeks in advance just to get cancelled on literally the very last minute.
