This was my first time for a full body wax (Hollywood) and the experience couldn't have been better. Unfortunately I'm not sure on her name, but she was very caring and great at her job. She made me feel relaxed and explained as well as answered all the questions that I had. She was very helpful and I appreciated all her effort. She was simply brilliant and If i would get another done, it would be right back at Pierre Alexandre. Well done and awesome job!
