The staff are really nice here but when I booked through Treatwell they did not get the booking on there system. This needs to be fixed as they was not expecting me when I arrived and someone else was waiting to be seen to. My wax was good but hair left in some area's. Overall I would return as I enjoyed my visit and the therapist was lovely.
The massage itself was great but the environment isn't the most relaxing - for most of my treatment I could hear every word of the conversation happening in the next room, which was a little off putting. Considering how modern & nice the salon is downstairs, the rooms upstairs also felt a little tired & threadbare.
Friendly and professional therapists, basic but clean treatment rooms. My brows look the best they have in ages!
So professional and lovely. Made me feel relaxed and at ease. I had so much done for such a cheap price. Literally everything you could have done for such a cheap price. Of course as with any wax a few hairs were missed but extra care was taken to ensure as many came out as possible and it was all done so quickly too!!!
