I called and spoke to a girl in the Manchester branch today as I couldn't get through to the Didsbury branch. I had an appointment at 15:15 today at the Didsbury branch I booked through treat well but was called by a member of staff advising I needed to change my appointment. The girl in the Manchester branch advise someone would call me back. I made further several attempts to call and emailed. Nobody called me back so I attended today to find a beautician not present and the two girls unsure about my booking.
I had paid for my treatments prior to the appointment and wish for a refund.
