I booked in for a luxury pedicure the day before my holiday, hoping that it would prepare me for the holiday. I have dry skin on my heels and this is very embarrassing for me. I had my nails painted and she did my eyebrows (poorly) I got up to pay not wanting to ask about the hard skin still on my feet and the misshaped eyebrows as i was embarrassed and felt uncomfortable in front of the lady about to go in with the person who had just done my feet and brows. By the time i got home the shop had shut, however i phoned up when i got back to make a complaint last week Thursday. However i have still had no response to my complaint.

It was okay.. Some confusion about timings and They have changed the Appointment without calling me. Regarding Deep Tissue message .. felt like normal massage than Deep tissue ..
