Mix up with my booking meant I had to go to the Manchester salon instead - not too much of a problem but I was only informed on the day. Very good value for money when booking through treatwell.

I loved my visit to Pier Alexander. The main reason was probably because of Bella. She was the beautician that did my HD brows. She was really lovely and also did a great job! I'll definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.
The only "room for improvement" points I'd like to make are 1) I couldn't find the venue at first so I began to panic. I went in a few shops near to where my sat nav had brought me to ask but many people didn't know where it was. I then rang treatwell (not realising they were a separate company) and treatwell didn't know where it was either. Luckily I asked a few more people and I finally managed to find it and get there on time. 2) When I did finally arrive (at about 17:50 for my 18:00 appointment, I was still waiting at 18:10 to start my treatment due to the fact that Treatwell and pier Alexander's systems aren't always syncing properly. I'd suggest that treatwell find out the exact location (what shops are next to and opposite etc) and would also suggest looking at the syncing of the 2 systems. Neither of these small issues were enough to ruin my experience though. I came away really happy with the results of the treatment and the experience I had :0)
