I always try to book at PA because their wax is a decent price for a good level of service (apart from the time I booked in for a Brazilian and left with a Hollywood!!). However I can NEVER get an appointment with them. I constantly try to ring the salon weeks in advance of wanting an appointment and they never pick up and they don’t reply to emails. When I finally managed to book through Treatwell a good month in advance of my appointment I rang up to double check my appointment as many people say their TW bookings are not in the system...surprise, they didn’t have my booking! The lady on the phone was lovely and booked me in for my intended slot and everything was great. Until THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT I was sent a text informing me that it was cancelled due to staffing issues...I’m giving up with PA.

Great treatment and really good value! Would recommend calling to confirm if booking through treatwell as my booking hadn’t gone through originally
