The massage wasn't bad but the way I've been treated isn't fair. I visited the salon at the end of last month. I was invited to leave this review however, as I had some negative comments I thought it best to email my comments over directly. After all, I've been visiting the salons for a while now so didn't want to post a trashy review online before giving them a chance to respond. Mistake. The email on the website doesn't work and after being given their correct email over Facebook chat, It's now been 23 days and no response. I've contacted them multiple times on Facebook to ask why my feedback seems to be so invalid and it keeps being read and ignored. Great salon but really rude that they won't even acknowledge my email!!!! I feel completely disheartened and they clearly aren't bothered about how their customers feel if they don't want to take on board what they say - even though my comments were positive and negative!

Quick treatment however not the best end result I've ever had for a Hollywood. Despite that great value for money and I would go back for the same treatment :)

Had I book a tint and eyebrow shape it would have been fine. However I specifically went for HD brows and they did not provide this and didn't even know what it was. I am not happy and would not recommend.
