Amazing facial, although quite noisy, from traffic outside, as ambient music stopped. Also lighting coil be dimmed.

As others have said, when I walked in today, the lady at the reception desk didn't even bother to look up. My therapist herself was lovely and very informative. However, the treatment which should have lasted 45 minutes only lasted 15-20 minutes. Again, when I went to confirm payment at the reception desk, whoever was sat there (a stylist I think) could not have been less friendly. I had a treatment booked in for Saturday but have cancelled on the back of this. Never again.
