Firstly, Treatwell's booking didn't really go through - this isn't PA's fault, but they didn't have a booking for me when I arrived, which was more than annoying because I'd rang the venue ahead of booking to double check the availability. This would concern me when booking again. Thankfully Jillian was very helpful and managed to fit me in after a 20 min wait.
The massage itself was fantastic. I have very tight muscles in the top of my back and shoulders and she was very attentive to helping work on those, and responsive to my reactions if the pressure was too much. It felt like she knew exactly where my back needed attention. I felt very comfortable and looked after and would definitely book with Pierre Alexandre again - but maybe not through Treatwell!

As per my email, I was very unhappy with this experience. I did not have my treatment and I will not be taking up the rest of the course. If you are serious about my feedback you will respond to my email and arrange a refund.

It was a mediocre massage that supposed to last for 1 hour, but it lasted for only 45-50 minutes. The massage lady was in a hurry and she performed a very mechanical service.
