Booked through Treatwell and even rang up to confirm the booking. Half an hour before my appointment they rang me up to tell me they’ve cancelled my appointment because the laser machine wasn’t working that day, when I didn’t even book laser treatment I booked a wax! The woman on the phone didn’t seem to understand the situation and proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing she could do. I’m not sure how they could possibly get that so wrong. Very disappointed.
