Lovely experience staff were friendly and treatment was relaxing

Massage was ok but wasn’t 30 mins in duration. The room was so noisy- could hear every word from the next door room and the constant beeping of the IPL machine next door. Not a relaxing experience at all. Felt the whole place was a bit grubby and in need of a refresh

Apart from being turned away twice in one day due to booking glitches and made to feel like a second rate customer the actually treatment was excellent and the young lady delivering this was amazing. It left my face so soft and exceptionally clean looking in one go. I felt really bad for the therapist as she was expected to be a therapist, receptionist and security in one due to a number of staff walking out!! I hope they pay her triple!!

No staff to be found when went to salon, then someone appeared with a cup in hand & directed me to upstairs. When went upstairs person seemed confused by appointment time.

Not great at all. I asked for a Brazilian. Twice. Left with a Hollywood. Also I don't know what she did but she clearly wasn't paying attention as it was the most painful wax I've ever had. To the point where my skin bled and I had to go home and sit with a cold towel on my privates as they were so swollen!! There were even bits missed when waxing but there was no way I was going to let the woman go over my skin again. It was painful up until 3 days later when my skin peeled off in a sheet! Wouldn't go back if you paid me. Worst experience I've had in 5 years of Brazilian waxing.
