I didn’t actually have a treatment, I was sent upstairs when I arrived and sat in the darkness for 10 minutes. After saying ‘hello’ a couple of times without response I realised there was someone doing their own treatment who clearly wasn’t actually interested in doing mine, so I left. Shocking customer service.
