Very disappointed with Pierre Alexandre I was contacted 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was told it had been cancelled. By this time I had already made my way into Manchester and was a few streets away. Pierre Alexandre could not offer a reason why other than perhaps someone else in the salon could have deleted my appointment to book someone else in. Highly disappointing when I had booked two months in advance to have my nails done for Christmas. I will not be booking any services offered by this salon again. I was offered another time on a day when I was not free, even though I was offered another appointment doing so 30 minutes before an appointment is really not good enough.
Amazing experience. The lady who did my face peel was so kind and nice. I felt very comfortable with her. Highly recommended!
