The lady who did my was was very courteous and took her time. However the quality of the wax was pretty poor and the experience was rather painful and needlessly prolonged.
There were quite a few hairs leftover and ingrown hairs present after a few days post wax.
Apart from the delay in waiting for the appointment, very good service, very relaxing and would definitely go back
The beautician (I can't remember her name but she was Australian?) - was so lovely and welcoming :) I was offered tea/coffee and had a private room which is nice. Super speedy and did a great job - thanks :)
