A mix up with the bookings through Treatwell meant I had to wait an hour for my appointment, but staff were very apologetic and accommodating. The actual treatment was excellent, thanks.

I arrived at 14:20 for my 14:30 appointment, I was seen at 14:43. They also asked if after 20 + minutes of waiting if I could reschedule, I wish I had chose a refund at that point due to the following: I paid for a 30 minute decleor facial but it lasted 22 minutes. The beautician was clearly inexperienced and admitted she usually did the paperwork and dealt with problem skin types. I wouldn't recommend and I won't be returning.
