Was slightly disorganised, didn't have my booking on the system but was resolved very quickly and the staff were lovely. Would recommend this treatment, my skin looks and feels amazing I will definitely be coming back
Thank you for my treatment booked last minute as a pick me up as felt grotty all day. Treatment was carried out professionally, therapist was friendly and very informative and gave me good aftercare. Skin felt amazing. The only thing I would mention (sorry but I have not marked you down for this but did think it should be mentioned) when I arrived no one was at reception so I found a member of staff to let the therapist know that I had arrived to be told 'I'm hair' and walked off leaving me stood with no direction. Thought this was a bit rude. However did not effect the treatment and the therapist I had was 100%. Thank you I will be returning in a couple of weeks
A mix up with my booking was quickly resolved by helpful, friendly and cheerful staff. Great treatment and i was delighted with the results. Lovely therapist, great location. Can very highly recommend
