So I booked this for my husband and pre-paid. He arrived five minutes before arrival time and was advised he had no booking. He confirmed there was a booking and the girl said she would find out, I sent him details of booking. Five minutes later somebody else came back saying no booking and no-one for massages available and it happens sometimes. The booking wasn't on her system but could see on main system :/. Now rebooked for Friday, however today was his birthday and it was a birthday treat. Real big let down, if this happens often and massage person doesn't work on weekends - someone, somewhere needs to fix the issue. The first girl told him that as he hadn't called to confirm booking thats why he wasn't in diary :/
Arrived for my appointment which was pre-paid to be told it wasn't in the diary and the day was fully booked. Staff didn't seem too fussed and passed it off as the office never updating the diary. No advice as to how I could get a refund, no real apology. Avoid!
My aesthetician is Nadia, who is a lovely, friendly and very professional. Firstly, her punctuality is good, never let me wait for her, and assures every next appointments. Secondly, she always provides me some very helpful and useful advice especially in aftercare of the peel treatment. Really really appreciate her!
