When I arrived they told me that they didnt even have an eyebrow technician and that I should not have been allowed to book the appointment.
Complete waste of a journey for me.
If I could leave a zero star I would. Turned up for my precooked appointment only to be told that no one who could do the treatment was available. No attempt made to contact me to rearrange or cancel before I arrived. Pretty shoddy and not at all what I expected.
I arrived for my treatment which was booked last week and told they had no record of my booking . All the Therapists were busy so I did not have my treatment .Very very annoyed and frustrated as I went into town especially for my treatment . I would not book here again.
