Massage room wasn't particularly relaxing, needed a good clean. Masseuse was running late which I don't have a problem with but then only gave me 20 mins which included the time for me undressing (I'd booked a 30 minute massage). Massage itself wasn't particularly relaxing, she seemed to locate a knot and move away from it as though she couldn't be bothered to deal with it. Generally not impressed, I appreciate I may have got it cheap with Treatwell but surely this shouldn't take away from the experience as they have now lost a customer. Also, they had no record of my booking when I rang to check which seems to be an ongoing issue with Treatwell, my last massage got cancelled by PA on the day.
Phoned me on the day and said they were double booked and to phone to change to a different time so I phoned and the staff was rude and i was really needing my brows done for the evening and made the appointment weeks before online and ended up not having an other free appointment until 2 days later!
Really bad job and they didn’t have proper range of colours, just black and brown when I’m muddy blonde. So she just did a wax instead ... fucking terrible! I want. Refund. I’ll have to go elsewhere now to be tidied up professionally 😐
