Can’t review as cancelled 2 hours before appointments saying treatwell messed up booking

Don’t know if this is a slating review on Treatwell or the salon but I got a call 25 minutes before my appointment (when I was already en route) telling me that my booking had only appeared on the system and there was no one there to fulfil my treatment as the girl doesn’t even work Saturdays and they are fully booked anyway. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to rebook for another time, just told they were going to ring Treatwell about it. It seems to be that other people have had a similar issue so either the salon is lying or Treatwell still haven’t resolved the issue.

Really lovely staff and for just a 15 minute peek my face feels great! And the price was so reasonable
Arrived at the salon and they didn't have a record of my bookings so I had to leave. They said they would call me back which they haven't. Glad U didn't pay in advance. Would not recommend!
