The salon was clean and spacious with a relaxing ambiance. The staff were all really friendly. The facial was as expected however I have not seen great results yet (I have acne scars and the redness has reduced slightly). The only criticism would be that the lady doing my facial was a bit too sales-y whilst she was doing it and I felt a bit pressured to book another treatment.
Although this facial was absolutely lovely- when I arrived the facial was not a Decleor facial as it said on treatwell when I booked. Although this wasn't a problem- this should be changed for future customers!
