busy day for Georgia as she was by herself dealing between appointment and the reception. But she was a star, extremely empathetic and lovely to chat with, made so comfortable and made me didn't mind the wait. great customer service :)

I booked this last minute and got quite a good deal, but when I arrived the staff really didn’t seem happy about how last minute/cheap the booking was and were whispering and tutting to themselves which was uncomfortable in an eyeroll sort of way.
Wax was ok, had some residue left over which is always the case but seemed quite a bit more than usual.
Massage was not 1 hour long, it was 40 minutes. Therapist just applied lots of oil, and didn't apply much pressure. She also didn't ask if u had any specific problem areas.
