The actual treatment was great. I was really happy with my eyebrow shaping and the girl that did it was friendly. The treatment was great. What wasn’t great was the coordination of the appointment between treatwell and the salon. I booked my appointment originally through treatwell then called the salon to arrange a patch test and they had no record of my appointment which meant I then had to change it to a totally different day as they were booked up. Once I’d booked my appointment for 4.45, I got a call a few days later to say it needed to be changed to 4.30 instead. I said I’d try my best but I can’t usually get out of work until 4.30, but I’d get there ASAP. I arrived at the salon at 4.37 but was told because I was 7 minutes late, i would only be allowed one of the two treatments I’d booked, so I cannot comment on how good the eyelash tint was.
But of a nightmare experience overall but I’m very happy with the quality of the treatment that I did receive.

Amazing massage, and really friendly. Space was quite tiny and dated but for the price it was a good deal
