Despite myself turning up accidentally late, the woman Sophia who did my Brazilian Wax was very comforting and did it in the time I had left, with no mistakes and no extra pain when waxing, would go there again. An overall good first time experience.

First of all i wondered if id booked the wrong place for my waxing as they rang me 3 times a few days before my appointment to check what i was having done and what time my appointment was.Then they rang to say would i trim the area i was having wax( never has a salon asked me to do this before).When i got there i noticed the stairs were filthy and all the corners covered in dust.The treatment room was grubby all the walls had spillages n marks on,the door wouldnt close so the therapist had to wedge the bin behind the door.I found the therapist quite blunt and not friendly The receptionist was sat faffing on her mobile phone and had no customer skills.very disappointing and i wont ever go back.
I feel bad leaving a bad review as I think the two girls there were doing their best, and my actual facial was good. However, my appointment was rescheduled 3 times, and when I finally got there it was 20 min late due to a girl refusing to leave the treatment room?! Whilst I was waiting a girl showed up complaining about not having received a refund for a cancelled appointment. Then another woman showed up for her appointment only to be told there'd been a mistake on the booking system and they could no longer fit her in. When I was finally seen, the door to the treatment room couldn't be shut properly so I could listen to the disgruntled lady who'd refuse to leave shout and complain, which made it the opposite of relaxing. I really think this place has an issue with their booking system and would not go back unfortunately.
