it's my 3rd visit to the salon and I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time !! new girl not sure she knows what she is doing and was left sore embarrassed and not completely hair free!! would like a manager to contact me regarding this please

Such a waste of money. Booked a 30 minute facial, the woman didn't even take off all my make up, I waited half an hour for a 6 minute facial!! Most of that time was her taking my make up off. Really rushed. Not relaxing. Not done properly- luckily I did not pay full price because it would have been daylight robbery! I have complained to the company and heard nothing back.
