I arrived at the salon for my appointment to be told by the hairdressers that there was no-one from the salon there. Some sort of technical glitch. I wouldn't have left a bad review if the salon had contacted me (or replied to my email) to apologise but I've not had anything. I've left it a week now and given them a chance, hence this review. 2 stars given as the hairdressing staff were very nice.
My sister booked for a glycolic skin peel at this place. Before the appointment they messaged her to reschedule the time of the appointment. My sister agreed and went to the salon. Once she got there they had no record of the booking, even though they sent a confirmation text (including the name of the therapist). The appointment was then rescheduled AGAIN. On the day of the second rescheduled appointment she received a text to say that the appointment has been cancelled due to staffing. The message stated to call the salon to reschedule. She tried to call from 5pm, when they are supposed to be open until 8pm on a Thursday. My sister also booked for 6 sessions of laser which she is thinking about cancelling. I also planned to book for laser hair removal however I will not be giving them my custom as I think the professionalism has been a disgrace and would not recommend this salon to anyone!! Don't waste your money or time. (Ps. I wanted to give 0 stars but the app would not let me)
First rearranged my appointment without asking and sent me a text to let me know. On the day of my appointment I travelled all the way in to town and received a text a couple of hours before my allotted appointment saying they had to cancel because somebody was sick. Went to the salon to see if I could rearrange but it was shut. Tried ringing the number they had sent with the text several times to rearrange could not get through. So much for customer service.
